H5 for the 1st person to get the quote.

Laid back, warm and sunny day today.

Doing a little surfing and then some work around the house.  I feel almost human today. :)

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Hip-hip-hooray! I am finally caught up on reports!!! Have 2 due today at 5 and I have that under control  :-).

Closing yesterday took 3 hours!!! Found out this morning my check was for the wrong amount.  :( You would think in the 3 hours that we sat there, that the other agent and I would have realized on the HUD statement that she was getting my check and I was getting hers.  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Now I won't get paid until tomorrow... :bawl:...on the other hand,..it did close and I will get paid! :cheersmate:
M and I went out with my sellers last night to Outback after the closing for a 3 hr dinner...we laughed so hard. Amazing what a stress reliever selling a house can be. :lmao:

The sun's out today!!!! And supposed to be tomorrow too.... :yahoo:

thanks.....I've been really stressing the last couple of weeks (really about 6) over these last 2 closings....not only did I need the money, but my clients were really stressing too. I work really hard to pacify them....then do a max stress myself when I get off the phone with them. I've taken alot of Pepcid lately... :-)

Doing a little surfing and then some work around the house.

Be careful and watch out for the big waves.

Today my day will be interupted by working for 8 hours.  :censored:  Mid-shift.

But after work, if all goes as planned, I will be meeting Mr. BadCat for a drink....I'm looking forward to it. Would anyone else like to join us?

Yeah, having to lay down in front of a bulldozer, your house getting demolished, your planet getting demolished, and listening to Vogon poetry can really ruin your morning.

Hey! I was BORN on a Thursday!   :-)

Kudos on the closing, deb. Have a drink for me next time, or better yet, have a 1/4 bloomin' onion.

Conducted a GMP training session last night for the night shift, so I slept in an hour this morning to 6 a.m. Finished an FMEA and a validation plan, so now I'm chillin' till I bail out in about an hour for a rehearsal.

Working up "Czardas" as a solo with the brass ensemble. Should be ready in about a month.

Oh, forgot to mention that the euph that I've been playing on for the past 15 years or so, the one that I had purchased for $2,000 slightly used from a friend of mine, is now listed on Ebay with a bid price of over $2,600.

Not bad appreciation, if you ask me.

Here I sit among the bright lights of the thriving metrolo-pis of Hattiesburg, MS.  Flew to N.O. this afternoon & drove up.  Never been to N.O. before.....what a cesspool.
