See, April 15th, 2009 is tax day to pay taxes for the year 2008.

President Obama is CUTTING 2009 TAXES for EVERYONE...except the richest elitest 5%. But that won't go into effect until THIS year, which will be April 15 NEXT YEAR (2010).
