Nothing to quote here. Its just to prove ny point.

What amazes me is 99% of the posts were justifying pirate behavior. They were upset at foreign countries were over fishing their waters and the pirates were just a coast guard. They have no jobs, they're hungry. How else could they support their worthless pirate selves?

Now 99% is: Bring it on. Kill the pirates! Kill the wabbits! Pirates need to die.

How can sane people make such an about face without falling on their butts?!! Hypocrites. one and all.

Once again, we have an incident that if the clock were turned back one year and Bush had done exactly what B. Hussein did, these libs who are praising B. Hussein would be condemning Bush. I've made this clear before, but I am absolutely convinced that had Gore won in 2000 and for 8 years had said and done the exact same things that Bush said and did, the left who hated Bush would have loved Gore. Going to war against terrorism, the economy, (not) dealing with immigration, how the world views us, etc…; it was never really about Bush with the left, it was just about a Republican in office when it happened rather than a Democrat, that’s all. These libs have no core beliefs except to mindlessly do whatever the Dem party and liberal ideology tells them to do. So now some pirates were shot while B. Hussein is in office, and the libs are cheering their deaths. B. Hussein could nuke Iran and they’d cheer. B. Hussein could hand down a decree that carbon output will be permitted to double and the left would be happy and say that Mother Earth understands that a progressive is in office and would adjust in order to accomidate.

They’re insane.  :mental:

.
Because third world peasant labor is a good thing.

Ron Silver.

He became quite the militant conservative after 9/11. Alas, he died not long ago, if memory serves.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

"Get me a rewrite! This is not good enough!" said the voice coming out of the computer. Starting over with a blank screen Harvey Dimple composed the new article in his head as he typed, which was how he got this job.

Quote
Dateline: Somalia. Headline: Heroic President leads victorious military campaign.

Body- Somali pirates likely dispatched by a local warlord captured the Captain of a merchant vessel and demanded a ransom for his release. The valiant military forces led by Hero President Obama rushed into action and secured the freedom of the ship captain by sending 3 pirates to the seafloor and capturing one alive with his bare hands.

There Harvey told himself. The 4 days of the worlds most powerful military being in a standoff with an unpowered rowboat were to no longer be a part of history. The White House Office of Truth and Information would send this out to the official media and it would be followed without question.

Soon everyone in the kingdom would forget what they saw as it happened live. They would forget the waiting and the yellow ribbons and the vigils as if they had never happened. They would no longer remember the President waving off questions about the seizure of the civilian vessel. They would no longer recall the Secretary of State having a bout of laughter when she was asked for a comment. No. From now on the President is the hero of the moment and he should be given single-handed credit for saving the ship captain from his captors.
