I went through the class. Hubby wanted me to for my safety. I have never used it except for the shooting range. I do not think I am Matt Dillon or anything, but it may save my life someday. I shoot at the range at least once a month and am a pretty good shot. Could I really shoot someone? If it came to my life or the life of my daughter, I think I could.

Well, frankly, Frank, I don't think she likes hubby wubby all that much. From what I have read, and I didn't know he was blind, she sees him as a burden. Now I know why. And you are right, she did say she would protect the daughter, just not her husband, or maybe those kids in her classroom. I have to say, I'm just not buying she has the gun, for sure yet. It sounds funny they way she has written about it. You guys seem to have their numbers, and I think ya'll called this one correctly.  :bow:

Restrictions on Carrying Concealed Weapons - Employers may restrict or prohibit the carrying of concealed weapons on its premises, or while engaged in the duties of employment. Businesses and property owners may also restrict or prohibit concealed weapons by posting a sign. Concealed weapons are also prohibited at several locations, including schools, libraries, places of worship, day care centers, athletic events, state office buildings and courtrooms.

That gun retails for nearly $400.  Who has that kind of money in this economy?  How many trips to the food bank is that?

On the plus side, if you shoot someone with a pink gun, it's gonna be really tough for a DA to brand you as a "bloodthirsty killer."  Especially if a man shoots someone with a pink gun.
