The fact that this guy would use "public interest" as an excuse to prosecute persecute people is outrageous. If he cannot cite the state codefor which laws have been broken he shouldn't even be looking in their direction. I guess we can't expect much from the cattle that give us Bernie Sanders term-after-term.
