What do you do after one of "those days"?

Doesn't matter WHY you had it, just that you did.  Hasn't happened to me much lately, although I've had some long ones I didn't care to repeat.

Me: Shower (with beer in shower, maybe two), followed by me in dark quiet room listening to SEAL's first album beginning to end.

Glass or 2 of wine, "hiding" in my room from the kids and chaos in the rest of the house.  A backrub from Mr Flame helps.

My deck, Radio Margaritaville on Sirius, Baily's Irish Cream, and an Arturo Fuente cigar. If it's cold, a fire in the outdoor fire place.

Read a good psych thriller or play some game on Pogo that is timed so I have to pay attention instead of letting my mind wander.

Pogo IS great for relaxing, though that current badge for Monopoly is a PAIN IN THE ASS to deal with.   :(

I like Pogo, reading a friend's fanfiction (DORK ALERT:  hey, she needs a beta reader, and I'm just the woman for the job :p ), watching movies on the new flatscreen. 

And a good soak with some lavender bath salts.... mmmm
