Probably getting what he can while he can--you think anyone's gonna read about this failure after he leaves office?
I tend to agree with the above, and as much as I hate to say it, this may have been his best move since winning in November. (My inner Capitalist can't help but applaud) Hey, I said I would stand with the guy when he was right and this is my first chance to do so. All that said, given the pace at which he is screwing the economy, he should have fought for a lot more than a lousy half Mil.
