The media is intentionally helping foment riots in the streets re: AIG bonuses.

The prisons are ready. The troops are ready. Dick Cheney's prison's are empty and waiting for us. All that's needed is Joe Scab and the Today Show and CNN and FOX telling us that we're all fed up and it's time to take to the streets. Which they flat-out did this morning. Buckle up, Americans! It's gonna be a rocky summer.

1. You really believe that?

You really believe there will be a riot in the street because of the AIG bonuses?

3. No, not "because of the AIG bonuses."

The AIG bonuses are being used as a way to whip up the people. The Bush Administration planned for it. The prisons are built. They knew that after they looted the country and people finally discovered the extent of their crimes that rioting would eventually break out, just as it has in so many other countries. Besides, it'll give the rich guys on the morning shows something new to talk about.

5. it's a slow news cycle. Until something comes along to replace AIG wholesale ****ing of America, the media will stir the pot to create a story.

The real story is the feigned outrage by our elected officials as to "how this could have happened". they are so surprised.

6. Why is that a bad thing? Corporate America needs to be afraid of us.

Otherwise they will resist Obama at every turn.

7. WOW. At what point do you think the FORMER Vice President of the United States will issue the order to jail all dissenters?

Will he do it from an "undisclosed location"? Who will back his play? If Dick dies, who will take up the reins of power you think he holds?

Or... did you forget that an election took place and there is now a different administration in power?

Hey freak, don't ever question the far reach of the VRWC, especially to those as mentally unstable as Pedro.

Oh my.

Ever since Playboy Pedro described his 30th-year high school class reunion a couple of years ago, every time I get out the boat and row over to Skins's island, I feel as if I'm attending my own high school class reunion.

I've known some of these primitives so long now, it's almost as if I did spend my childhood, and go through high school, with them.

There was a guy in the class, who 32 years ago was considered an aesthete, a sensitive lad, an "artist" and "poet," arisen from Old Money and Much Money, a heart-throb who attracted women, an intense "intellectual," a Democrat.

At the last reunion, he pretty much sat in a corner, a maniacal look in his eyes, ranting and raving about "dark forces".....and nobody paying the least bit of attention to him.

Sic Playboy Pedro.

Hey, Coach, nice to see you!   :cheersmate:  I'll PM you.

8. Where did I say anything about Cheney holding power?

Or were just being an ass for being an ass's sake?

Thanks for your input. Snarkiness is always a good response when you have nothing else to post, right?

9. "The prisons are ready. The troops are ready. Dick Cheney's prison's are empty and waiting for us."

So tell me, which prisons does Dick Cheney control? Whose troops are "ready"? What are they "ready" for? By saying "it's going to be a rocky summer", are you predicting that there will be riots in the streets and that said rioters will wind up in "Dick Cheney's prisons"? Lastly, can you name ONE of Dick Cheney's "empty" prisons and inform me of its location?

Your post was hyperbole. Nothing more, nothing less.

Legit questions given what Pedro claimed.

11. You don't actually pay much attention to the news, do you?

Post from a couple of days ago re: Cheney's $85,000,000 investment in American prison camps. But go ahead, stick your head in the sand, remain ignorant. I don't really care.

14. Cure my ignorance by answering my questions.

Where in this country is an "empty" prison? Which prisons are Dick Cheney's? Whose troops are "ready", and what are they "ready" for? Do you expect that there will be "riots in the streets", and that all dissenters will be swept up and placed in those "empty" prisons of which you speak?

Without answers to those questions, all you have is hyperbole.

OK, the only sites claiming that Cheney invested $85M in "American prison camps" are liberal kook (pardon the redundancy) sites, and naturally Pedro believes that crap.

Pedro has got to be the most stupid person alive.
