A Che Guevara Flag in Obama's Houston Office
« on: February 11, 2008, 07:42:10 PM »
From Little Green Footballs:
Quote
Barack Obama won’t wear an American flag on his lapel, but on the wall of his Houston campaign office: a Cuban flag with a picture of Communist mass murderer Che Guevara.

Click on the picture at the link (not the one posted here) for the video.

Oh.My.God.

I went to LGF and the link they provide is not to this video (they need to fix that).

I love this from B. Hussein Obama:

“The truth is that right after 9/11 I had a pin,” Obama said. “Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we’re talking about the Iraq war, that became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security.

”I decided I won’t wear that pin on my chest,“ he said in the interview. ”Instead, I’m going to try to tell the American people what I believe will make this country great, and hopefully that will be a testament to my patriotism."

Sure pal.  We believe you.

I like that the Democrats don't even attempt to hide their communistic aspirations anymore.

No, that's what Katie Couric and Brian Williams are for. :censored:

I clicked on it, and the flag appears not quite a quarter of the way through.

Weird.

All the Ronulans at CU are silent. For all their bleating that neocons are Trotskyites you'd think they'd squeal to High Heaven when real Marxism appears.

I'll reckon their misapplied "guilt by association" defense of St Paul of the FLaming Anus makes it hard for them.

It is no mystery.  Like Ron Paul himself, there is nothing genuine about the paultrancers.

Try bringing that shit into Miami where most of the people were run-off by Castro or lost family to Castro and Che and you're as good as dead.

St Paul of the Flaming Anus.  :rotf: :rotf:

Seriously, what the hell is up with the commie flag?  :banghead: It is a mystery to me to why Che Guevara is such a hero on the left, do ANY of them know who he really was or is it something cool to wear?  :mental:

Che is a hero to the left because he is a dead communist. Now he's a pop-culture icon to historically ignorant.

There's no American flag anywhere to be found around Obama. He's for "change" alright, if it accelerates the spread of socialism.

I will have to bookmark that video, as he'll loose the South Florida Hispanic vote based on it.

From a reliable source.....this was the work of the Clintons.  Pretty staged.
I am writing in this year  but hey.....Machavellian at it's finest.  Fox didn't get duped
but they sure got a call from what they considered a reliable tip to check out a headquarter that was not a headquarter.
I hate dirty tricks like this.  Think about it.  Nobody puts their pics lined up for the camera to get a shot and who has something to win since
the Latinos are a bit peaved at Mrs. Clinton right now.  Nobody would take that chance in a primary..NOBODY.
Clinton ambush.

Because he looks bitchin' in that beret and goatee!!!!!!

Seriously, a LOT of people who wear the Che shirts have NO idea who he is. I know because I confront them all the time. When told who he is, they just shrug it off though.

Oh, it was the Clinton's set up, you think. Link, from your "reliable source"?

You don't know me Tess...but others on this board do.  I wouldn't throw that comment out there unless I had
a very good trust in this.  Saying that, I will say this.  I put nothing past Hillary.  This is just the beginning of an all out war
regarding the Clinton Campaign.
I am no novice at this.  The only thing I can say to you, trust me on this.  Can't be proven 100 percent but
the smell factor to those in the know...seem to know.

Okay, vetwife, and I agree with you about Hillary's penchant for dirty politics. I was just disappointed in Obama's reply, if you can even call it that, and it still bothers me that he made such a big to-do over an American flag lapel pin, but just dismissed this. Hillary can't be behind all of his weirdo behaviour.

I do not think she is behind all of it but lo and behold she sure is staying awhile down at the border.  Caught her speech tonight from El PAso.
The Latinos are fired up against her regarding that little change and more change came tonight when she fired more of her staff.
She is finding out that dirty tricks does not always work.
Lot on the left are asking where did the money go?
I still have a few ins with some big lefts.  They are scratching heads and wondering where her base went.  She had Edward's people and now
she is losing them.  NEw strategy for Hillary.

Caught McCain tonight as well and Huckabee gave him a run in Virginia.
I feel I know what is happening,  People want  the same thing that Bush promised in 2000 ...being a uniter and not divider.  I think it is possible
if everyone does not kill the process during the primaries.

This is gonna get real ugly..REAL SOON.  Bank on it.

you'd be suprised at how many young cubans do not care about castro.  The non cuban hispanics, who basically outnumber the cubans now, vote dem all the time.
