Another day, another 300 points.
« on: March 02, 2009, 03:59:56 PM »
Can this mean that pissing a trillion dollars on the wall wasn't a good thing ?

King Obama I cannot be wrong so it must be the greedy thieves messing up the Grand Pony Planâ„¢.

The wealth that has been stolen is absolutely astounding ...... and for this, no one is in jail ..... or even under investigation.

Except for the two Ponzi guys.

I know .... look forward, not back. No drama.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x5169803

This is a classic example of how these people don't think.

The only "stolen wealth" I can think of is the trillion dollars that the government is in the process of stealing from the productive at the behest of the angry mob.

It's like they think there is one pig bile of money and they're not being allowed to grab what they consider they're entitled to, therefore anyone else grabbing any can be considered theft.

1. When are the riots starting?

They riot in Europe when shit hits the fan. When is our shit going to hit the fan enough for people to start turning over police cars?

Great, lets destroy a bunch of public property, and act like a bunch of spoiled little brats. That will show those capitalist pigs the what for.

rather than a people afraid of their government.

I couldn't stop myself laughing when I read this comment.

I think the only that it will do is have investors getting the hell out of dodge,
and taking all of us back to the stoneage.

For those with nothing to lose,
I guess this is as good of a solution as any......
Because losers don't mind losing what they don't have.

Those of us who have worked for the bit that we have,
we'd like to try President Obama's solution,
prior to throwing in the towel.

Zing !

18. We do need some riots rcrush.

I suggest places like Boston, New York City, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, D.C., Philadelphia, and Miami riot.

I see a lot of blue cities on that list.

4. I'm looking forward to the thieves doing jail time

That's what I call looking forward.

I'm looking forward to other thieves seeing their thieving pals in jail, and deciding it's not worth the risk to try those schemes again.

Replace "thief" with socialist in this line and it looks a whole lot more accurate.

7. The robber barons are not capitalists

They are mere lowly thieves.

Capitalists would allow the AIGs, banks, and car companies fall on their corporate asses, and the chips fall wherever.

Robber barons solicialize the thieves' failures.

Spelling aside, that's not a phrase one would expect to read on DU.

9. What did you lose besides numbers?

I know I own what I did before and that I'm getting the same amount of income from it so far. I fully expect the income to decrease, but there's plenty of room left to economize.

Look at what you have, not what you had.

You think if the looked at what they had, they might realize that nothing has been stolen from them.

First and only rule is that Obama does only magnificence and no harm.

If the market goes down then it must be the evil forces that oppose the Obama.

However, if the market goes up, it will be totally and completely due to the Obama's wise and intelligent hand.

The Obama is good all that opposes him, mankind or nature, is bad.

It is sad that the MSM and the DUmp have become indistinguishable.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

One of the reasons that this sort of thing isn't all that prevalent in the US is that the US really doesn't have the same sort of "protest tradition" that, say, France does.  Another reason is that "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Translation, crushed primitive:

Do it, and we'll shoot you.  "We the people."  Put that in your bong and smoke it.

These people have no clue how this stuff works.  Those stocks aren't owned by millionaires.  Their owned by you and me.  No one is stealing them.  We're just aware that Obama is going to drive this economy face first into a brick wall, and we're saving what money we can while we can.

As I said before, I got the word to jump out at the end of June of '08.  I waited two weeks, and it cost me an extra 3% to 5% of what I had.  I'm actually making a bit of money now, a small amount, to be sure--but it's a lot better than losing my shirt.

This is the kind of stupidity the Libs inside the Beltway count on when it comes time to shove their Socialistic BS down our throats.

Oh I always look forward to the stock market threads, it's such comedy.  "Damnit!  They lowered the Dow again today!"  And, these thievery comments are also pretty funny.  Let's see, exactly WHO should go to jail?  Does "someone" have a big pile of money taken out of the Dow piggy bank buried in their backyard?

Although Frenchiecat at least is not a total raving lunatic, her comment about "waiting to see if Obama's plan will work" shows she doesn't know the basics.

I got almost all the way out in August 08, and recently all the way out.  There is nothing in Zero's whole philosophy that would bode well for a stock market.  I know some of you guys here are pumping money in low, and I wish you the very best.

I believe the market is low compared to where it should really be at this point, and if there were a competent administration in DC preaching free market capitalism and gov't not regulating how corps must conduct business (i.e. gov't telling banks they must lend to a certain quota based upon race, sex, etc... and in neighborhood's where they'd rather not lend), this thing could turn around.  But as it stands, no reason to put money back in when, at best it seems, all it's going to do is sit there earning nothing for the next 2 years.

Go ahead and riot, DUmpmonkeys.  All the turf that will get wrecked is in your own damned Blue satrapies anyway, and it'll help drive the DJIA down to where recovery can start based on real value.  It'll also have the excellent effect of requiring Obama to either let the rioting go unchecked or drop a heavy hand on it, either one of which will piss off some of his core constituencies.  Bring it!

You are just getting the change you begged for. :bird:

Philosoraptor a crack head from Democratic underground, Democrat underground, DU is a child molesting clown famous for trying to place his own penis in his mouth daily on a city street corner.  Philosoraptor a crack head from Democratic underground, Democrat underground, or DU does his own clown party tricks for children daily while trying to suck his own weenie while on crack.  Philosoraptor a crack head from Democratic underground, Democrat underground, DU has been known to frequent toy stores, parks, school yards, playgrounds looking for children to molest and to show them how he tries to place his own penis in his mouth.  Neighbors have complained for years about Philosoraptor a crack head from Democratic underground, Democrat underground, DU and his harassment of children and people while trying to lure them into his cardboard shack to watch him suck his own weenie while on crack.  It is a shame that the police haven't caught Philosoraptor a crack head from Democratic underground, Democrat underground, DU and stopped him from trying to place his own penis is his mouth daily.
All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope.
