A Florida man had his girlfriend arrested after she gave him an unwanted hug.

Kevin Connelly told police his 48-year-old girlfriend Lori Smith grabbed him several times and "threw him around the room" after her failed attempt to hug the 50-year-old, according to a police report.

Smith was charged with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

She told police she tried to hug her boyfriend twice but he pushed her away. Officer Brian Stephens, who responded to the domestic dispute call, said Smith was not injured in the altercation.

That's weird, I know a gal with that name and close to that age, don't think she's in Florida though.  Not at all bad-looking, either.
