Capitalists are the "Engine of Prosperity"----**** Michelle Bernard
Edited on Wed Feb-25-09 12:44 AM by vaberella
So now the rich/capitalists are now the "engines of prosperity" that's ****ed up. The working class is what make those "engines of prosperity" run...****in idiot that makes us the oil, I guess. She's a bitch. What the **** is she talking about? She's a stupid Republican, I keep expecting more from them but they prove to fail miserably. She's an insulting twit. And they always put Black Repubs as pundits talking trash...
Michelle Bernard, Amy "Twit" Holmes, Michael Steele (I don't know what this loon is) and that other fool that was on Wolf Blitzer's show about the Post he has a busted eye.
Let it be known that not all Blacks are these twits above and we support Gay Rights, a lot of us support Obama, and are aware of racial prejudice. These idiots look like they would defend slavery {My reasoning: Her thought process would state that White slave/plantation owners were the "engine of prosperity."} <--by line to resurrect the practice.
Damnit to hell. She pisses me off.

Interesting how a rant could get so far off its original tangent in so few words. I wonder what causes that.

1. I can't stand this crap that rich people create jobs
Alright, then working people create wealth, which the rich swipe. So it evens out.
Working people
look for jobs, rich people
create jobs.

8. Rich people create/provide NOTHING. They EXTRACT labor FROM WHICH THEY RAPE EXCESS PROFIT.
Everyone trying to water that down, or sugar coat that can ****. OFF.
Sooner or later the masses are going to stop being scared of the term "Class Warfare" and actually GO TO WAR. And that revolution will not be televised.
It will have a 15 second spot on the 11pm news. You, unfortunatly won't make it home from the battlefield to see it.

24. She's channeling Ayn Rand...
I'm waiting for one of them to scream out, "Who is John Galt?"
The more appropriate question in this day and age would be
where is John Galt.

31. I have a question....
my son is taking Macroeconomics at a local community college....
it's his second Econ class...and since he's been taking them...
he is into Capitolism big time...and sounds like a Republican...
(although he voted for Obama)...
I just am so surprised at what he is spouting! He actually thought
Jindal sounded good and made sense. YIKES! Scarey!
My question:
I know squat about economics, but am wondering if your guys who do know
can recommend some readings from a liberal perspective on economics.
You can't even spell
capitalism or even use a spell checker so you will probably agree completely with the suggestions provided at DU.
Suggestions you get from your fellow DU'ers are probably going involve Marx , Lenin , Trotsky, Chomsky and so on.
They're hardly credible sources given where their philosophy stands in the waste basket of history.
