He's a Brown grad and a Rhodes Scholar. They should have just let him ad lib it. I've seen the guy speak off the cuff and he's phenomenal.

yep.  and after watching sarah palin get overly managed during the campaign, i am beginning to think that the party apparatus is a bigger part of the problem than I imagined.

I honestly can't tell you what they were trying to do to him.  lots of emphasis on bipartisanship, too many anecdotes, and that strange and unnatural inflection in his voice . . . the whole thing was un jindal-like.

Perky Little Katie Couric analyzed his speech in less than a minute thirty with some douchebag reporter who used the phrase "GRAVE differences... Grave" about 60 times.  Then they went back to how nice Barack smells and how they wished he would just once look back at them in chemistry class. :whatever:

Damn straight. Jindal's response was lacking in focus and professionalism. Barack Hussein Obama's  speech was very totalitarian, and just plain weird - all Americans are now going to go back to college for another year and worship the government forever he thinks?
