I knew Bobby Jindal shouldn't have run for mayor of New Orleans.  I knew it was a mistake when he did it.  That city simply can't be reformed.

Perhaps he should have run for Governor and let New Orleans have whomever they wanted for mayor.

Washington DC's crime rate has been sky high for year just like Chicago's.
