One way to create a lot of jobs: Deputize unemployed Americans to go after tax cheats...

Advertisements [?]
How many thousands of wealthy Americans have secret offshore bank accounts? I've heard something like 19,000 to 50,000 in the Swiss bank UBS alone. That doesn't include the whistle-blower who told of accounts in Lichtenstein, as well as other places.

So, once the IRS has the names, deputize unemployed Americans to go after them. Show up at their mansions and penthouses with warrants for their arrests. Seize them and their assets! Let justice prevail! A lot of these crooks made a killing off Reaganism and Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy but instead of "reinvesting" in America (like we were told they'd do), they took their ill-gotten swag and hid it in secret, offshore bank accounts.

It's time for a day of reckoning...!!!

Here's a tip for the newly deputized.  No need to bother with all that complicated off shore stuff just get a list of all the folks that were nominated for a position in the Obama administration. Hint.. start with the treasury secretary.  When you're done with the executive branch, go after the dems in congress.

There ya go...more welfare.  Gotta love it.

BTW--in order to be a "tax cheat", you have to have income with which to deduct taxes, you ****nuckles.

exactly.  judging by what we know so far, there probably aren't 20 prominent dems in the entire country that are paying their taxes.

I love these "ideas" the Little Goons get in the middle of their dope haze.

Here's a scoop, Little Goons:  Almost entirely, the "offshore" moneys are after-taxed assets.  Idiots.

DUmp definition of tax cheat:  Anybody that has savings.

Great idea, let's have people that can't figure out how to flip burgers go after one of the most complex things man has ever created-the USA IRS tax code.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

The assumptions made by DUmmies really say a lot about them.  Mansions and penthouses?  Ill-gotten swag?  Puhlease.

Wonder if any of them have ever read "The Millionaire Next Door".

I am assuming that the conventional definition of "ill-gotten swag" in the DU lexicon is, "any amount of money, or collection of stuff, that is more than I have".

12. I suggest we go in alphabetical order...
That would mean the IRS would send them first to the Bush Family compound and then to the Dick Cheney compound. There might be so much wealth seized there that the US Treasury would be crammed full of money and the whole program could be terminated...

Besides, maybe the neo-con assassinations of JFK and RFK would exempt them as a kind of restitution?

Oh Dear Lord.  Why not just come out and say it;

"Is there anyway we can figure out how to tax the hell out of anyone who didn't vote for or does not now follow, Dear Leader?"

Wow!  The DUmmies are promoting themselves to Obama's Brownshirts.  Fascinating.  When will they nominate themselves to Thought Police?

Silly me, for having to ask the question, but wouldn't they have to be CAPABLE of thought, before they could qualify?

11. Good idea!
We could revive that concept. Send out the newly-deputized American tax-cheat apprehenders in teams of four (make sure they have warrants!). I believe elite British commandos work in teams of four and they seem to do a good job at what they do. And offer the four 10% of what they seize! This would certainly sweeten the pot, and would assure that every American tax-cheat faces justice!

What an utter looney tune.  Sometimes, when someone goes off the deep end over there, you get a lone voice in the wilderness.  Not this time.  Nobody has a problem with any of this scenario.
Don't they watch the news with all the tax problems in zero's administration??

With all of the ambiguity in Teh Obamasiah's land deal with Tony Rezko, there's got to be some tax numbers there that need to be compared to the reported values involved.  Why don't we start at the herd bullshitter, and work our way down to the satellite bullshitters.
