U.S. Sen. Jim Bunning predicted over the weekend that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg would likely be dead from pancreatic cancer within nine months.

OK so this replacement won't change the face of the court. Who will Big O replace her with?
With O's increasing confidence, I don't think Ayers is too outlandish a choice.

He'll nominate himself, and resign from being President as soon as he's confirmed.  After all, the courts are where the real power is, as far as liberals are concerned.

The Senator sure showed a lot of compassion toward Justice Ginsberg with that public statement, didn't he?

Well look on the bright side he'd be hard pressed to find a more liberal judge then her.
"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

God help us whoever it is - I am looking forward to the confirmation hearings though.   Circus won't have nothing on that.

Entire Democratic Senate:  Mr. Director, I am ready for my closeup........

And if a GOP Senator should have the balls to question their qualifications, look for the MSM and the 'Rats to raise holy hell--after all, only THEY can question the qualifications of the opposing party's nominees.
