In all fairness and in the true spirit of full disclosure, I should reveal that I have been on television; specifically the show, "Win Ben Stein's Money" back in 2000.  I tried out for Jeopardy (twice) and passed the test, but never got called on the show.

ROFLMAO.  I was on Ben Stein's Money just after Jimmy Kimmel left the show.  It was like the third day of shooting with the new co-host, Nancy Pimental (and yes, I had to look that one up).

I did not win Ben's money.  I was leading after the first round, and Ben answered every question but one in the second round.  The other guy got his one shot and beat me by $50.  We answered the same number of questions correctly in the final round; IOW, had I held on, I would have beaten Ben, damn it all to hell.

And here's what I mean by that...

I got 10 out of 10 today in one of my best times - 59 seconds - and I'm only coming in a distant 5th place today.
