That's not weird, that's lunch!  Same for scrambled eggs and ketchup for breakfast.

Are we having kid problems? :-)  I enjoy breakfast sausage with syrup, but that's pretty mild.

Grilled cheese sandwich dipped in applesauce.

Mashed potatoes with butter and corn.

60/40 mix of salted peanuts and candy corn.

French fries dipped in chocolate shake.

pork with anything................I guess that's not weird yet normal.

Chicken and crackers (chicken and dumplings but with crackers instead of dumplings the same as the dumplings)

Red beans and Limas with hamhocks, semi dry sausage and keibasa

smoked pork loin stuffed with keibasa

pickled artichokes

green olives in pasta with chicken and sausage...........and black olives

captain morgans with a splash of mountain dew and sunny D..............taste just like that old childrens chewable Bayer

Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon

fried pickles with ranch dressing

tuna stuffed with crab meat and wrapped in bacon then a cheese breading put over that and grilled (works well with Wahoo, Dolphin and monkfish also) until the breading just gets crisp.

smoked coon and groundhog in a vinegar sauce

cream cheese with Heinz 57 or A-1 poured over it............easist dip evah and good as hell

I'll have to try the cream cheese and Heinz 57, but I have no idea where to get groundhog.

Side of the road?  :p (wish to add, bacon+anything is not weird)

I forgot a good old PB&H (peanutbutter and honey sandwich)

And chili on spaghetti (It's a Cininnati thing)

Ways Cincinnati Chili is ordered
Quote
- 3-way: Spaghetti with chili, covered with shredded cheddar cheese
- 4-way: Spaghetti with chili, then cheese, then onions
- 5-way: Spaghetti, beans, chili, cheese & onions
- 6-way: Spaghetti, beans, chili, cheese, onions & sour cream.
**No 2-way chili is served in Cincinnati; the cheese must always go on top.

No, that's definitely weird. Why would you ruin a classic dish like that?

Oh, yeah. Wendy's has good dipping fries and Frosty's are even better than shakes. (possible exception being a Shamrock Shake once a year. sans fries)

Peanuts and raisins always work but my parents always throw in a handfull of both chocolate and butterscotch chips into that mix. Not bad.

You should post it in the Recipes forum.

Mac 'n' cheese is my favorite comfort food. But I tend not to stray from the original.

Although, I do make one that calls for mushrooms and it is fabulous. So I suppose I really should keep my mouth shut. LOL.

That doesn't sound too bad.  Some diced tomatoes or Rotel and a box of Kraft mac and cheese.

the wife likes PB+ETS sandwiches (that's peanut butter and egg-tuna salad)

it's actually not as nasty as it sounds...

Give it a shot. It makes a good amount too. I think I cook it in the next size down from a 13 x 9 pan. Makes lots of lunch and dinner xtras when it's for one or two people. It really was very good with the tomotoes. I'm going to make it soon I think. Adding it to the shopping list.  :-)
