How can it be called bipartisan when over half of one party voted no?

Why didn't the R's filibuster this?  They have the votes. And it would be fair to do so after the last eight years.

Because, they are so friggin stupid they think if they approve of all of Obama's appointees now, the next time a republican is in the White House, his/her appointees will be treated better. AA defines insanity as doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, i.e., the republicans in congress are CRAZY

McConnell did tell the other Republican Senators before the inauguration that Obama ws going to get pretty much everything he wanted...that they weren't going to put up a big fight.
