Panty-wearing man in Fort Pierce Wal-Mart faces drug charges

FORT PIERCE — A panty-wearing man faces drug charges after a Wal-Mart Supercenter security worker spotted him dropping a marijuana pipe, according to a recently released police report.

The security worker told police Tuesday that Michael A. Conlkin, 21, was stopped after stashing a pair of panties in his pocket. He was brought to the security office “where they found him wearing two more pair of women’s panties.”

Officials at the business in the 5100 block of Okeechobee Road were taking Conlkin’s information and planned to allow him to leave when the North Carolina man allegedly dropped a pot pipe and tried to hide it behind a desk.

Conlkin was arrested on one felony and two misdemeanor drug-related charges and taken to jail where “the other two pair of panties were recovered ... and returned to the store.”
