Good recovery by all the players.

This is NOT a "Fail."  This is a success by thespians who rolled with the event and trooped on.

My hat is off to them! 

I remember I was in a play in HS and I was supposed to be hit on the head by a bottle.  During one performance we had a staged scuffle the bottle fell off the table and broke.  I remember us all staring at the broken bottle for -- ohh, I would say 3 hours or so.  Eventually the hitee grabbed what was left of the bottle and hit me with the remenants.

Later, I checked with folk in the audience and everyone said they didn't see any break in the action.

I applaud these actresses.
