Yeah, we do need something like that, but how to do it is the question.

Damn, some of the primitives seem to have a lot of different names, but some of that's my own fault.

Once this "amnesty" thing gets underway, if someone moles over there, and notices the disclaimer about a primitive being once known as such-and-such--it's under the comments of primitives who changed their screen names--holler at us.

I haven't logged on, but I think what they said they were doing was for a brief time those who changed their name would have sig line in their posts that says "Poster formerly known as 1234323," or something to that effect, so it'd be a matter of us bringing them over here individually and not duplicating ourselves, if possible.

That's cool.  I started a thread a week or so ago where I encouraged people to note the name changes and place them on that thread, but it was a little early to do that and it sunk.  I might compile my own reference's and just post them sometime so others can use them.

That's where it goes, ultimately, to the reference section, the DUmping Ground.

But it goes here first, where there's more traffic, so it gets noticed.
