I am going to guess it is some county where police do not carry guns.  I would not even blink if the police decided to open fire on that entire "protest".

It's bullshit. England, which used to be a mighty county, has now fallen into the realm of political correctness to the point where they allow these scumbucket savages to take over their country and subdue the police and the government....
