Despite this fact, Keith Olbermann, on his January 6, 2009, episode of Countdown intimated that the Bushes had denied the Obamas any use of the Blair House adding to the growing body of evidence that Mr. Olbermann is, ultimately, a big blowhard whose ratings are dwindling.

As another primitive mentioned, it's tradition that the incoming president and family move there five days before the inauguration, in this case January 15, and so there wasn't ever any problem with that.

But as for guests before that time, it's probably a pretty deeply-set precedent that the then-current president can pick-and-choose who's going to be there, as I'm sure the Impeached One, the Incompetent One, Lyndon Johnson, and Harry Truman did, and if the then-current president doesn't want anybody there, it's his prerogative.

I've read reports that when one starts to smoke marijuana that one's mental growth is stopped.  As I suspect that most primatives started in the early teens their attitudes of a tween or early teenager proves this point quite well.
