A long time friend of mine (Chemical Engineer, Masters degree from Penn State) used to Rush listen daily, saying he thought it was funny. It used to irk the hell out of me to walk into his office and hear that crap on his radio.

So one day I said something. This is from memory so its not an exact quote, but what I said to him was "Steve, that shit will rot your mind, you gotta quit listening to it." He laughed just like the other times I had told him the same thing. Then I went farther, saying "Look Steve, I'm not kidding. You say you think that shit is funny but its not, not at all. That shit is childish and dangerous, it incites hatred and promotes ignorance. Every time I see you listening to that shit I think a little less of you, I wonder if your judgment is still sound, and I have to tell you, I'm not the only one. So I'm just tellin' you old son, you gotta drop that shit and drop it right now."

It must have sunk in because he quit listening to mind-killing shit, well sort of. He changed stations to another one that played country music all day long, I did what I could but you can't fix everything.

I always get a laugh from those who don't (and won't) listen to Rush. They invariably make gross assumptions, hate speach (:P), childish, blah, blah, blah..... when the fact of the matter is that Rush is correct. However, Liberals cannot stand the light of truth, and their reactions are proof of this.

You must remember one thing about the DUmmies. They're not happy unless they're pissed or indignant about something. Being a helpless, angry victim of something is what makes them what they are. THAT'S why Err America didn't work out. Sure, the DUmmies would agree with what was being said there, but it wouldn't make them angry or offended (happiness, in their way of thinking), so they tune into Rush, Hannity, Coulter, Ingraham, or Beck to get their daily fix of victimhood and manufactured outrage.

I sure wish these dipshits would explain all the "lies" Rush and other conservative talk show host's spew. Rush is pretty proud of his 99.7% truth rating. Where in the hell do these ignorant assholes get that they forward lies???????????
