roman primitive asks depressing question

When you read DU, do you become really depressed?

Like clincially (as in the criteria listed below, which though it is technically dysthymia it does match up pretty well)?

1. poor appetite or overeating

2. insomnia or hypersomnia

3. low energy or fatigue

4. low self-esteem

5. poor concentration or difficult making decisions

6. feelings of hopelessness

If not, how do you not get that way? If so, how do you deal with it?

This is a really serious question, by the way.

Roman primitive, you are a liberal.  Eating and sleeping disorders, being lazy, low self-esteem, inability to make informative decisions, and feeling helpless is all part of your essance.  It defines you.  It's a summary of your life to this point and all that you can expect in the future.  You're a walking wreck, and that's when you've got the energy to walk.  Dysthymia doesn't scratch the surface of just how out-of-touch you dolts are with reality.  You're all nobodys wanting to be somebodys.

Welcome to your world.  Embrace it.   :loser:

For those of us who are conservatives, when we read DU we laugh at how your preceived intelligence is nothing but immature silliness, the product of child-like thinking, your posts nothing but the printed words of individuals who are so simpleminded and yet who take themselves so seriously.

You're nothing but entertainment.  We expect you to continue to be entertaining in 2009 as your anger and frustrations continue to mount.  :-)

Their minds are already made up on the solution to any problem or situation they encounter. The problems arise when they have a problem they don't already have the solution or answer to.....which means they only have answers and solutions for about 1% of what they encounter everyday........they can't think on the fly for themselves....they must be pre-programmed for everything.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

You know, that's what we encountered a great deal, during Doug's ex-wife's mischief, the Andy scam.

They were always making up solutions, and then hoping the problem would arise, so they could apply those solutions.

It never seemed to occur to them to observe problems, and then solve them.

These people were ****ing stupid.

1)  Coach, if they are ****ing Stupid, what will the offspring be like?

Ford, Chevy, or Dodge?

Toyota.  A "Land Bruiser" (Land Cruiser).  At about 110 mph.
