primitives to watch in 2009
« on: December 30, 2008, 08:25:56 AM »
Release of the Top 10 DUmmies of 2008 is near, and so it's time to start considering, and evaluating the top primitives of 2009.

I really regret I didn't pay much attention to the low-calorie primitive, the silly primitive, the heavy "SoCalDem" primitive, this past year; for whatever reasons, she never even made the edge of this radar.  Probably because she's just stupid.

Also, I should've paid more attention to the babbling sister primitive, the obese "BabylonSister" primitive, especially given the late-breaking revelation that the babbling sister primitive likes "darky" and "pickaninny" toys and gadgets, betraying her deep-seated racism.

But that's all water under the dam now.

The sniffing primitive, the "Sniffa" primitive, complained that he never made the grade for runners-up this year, and one supposes that might, or might not, be a legitimate gripe.  And so I'm going to watch the sniffing primitive this coming year, but surely the sniffing primitive knows he's going to have to work for it; he's going to have to produce, to put out, to get considered for the Top 10 DUmmies of 2009.

Also, I'm going to pay more attention to the islinglass primitive, the Canadian "Iverglas" primitive, especially in the 2nd Amendment bonfires on Skins's island, to watch and see if the islinglass primitive has potential for the Top 10 DUmmies of 2009.

The islinglass primitive's pretty stupid and shallow though, but the islinglass primitive just might make it into at least the runners-up for 2009.

Given that he's pretty stale, I don't think I'm going to pay attention to Pedro Picasso this coming year; "Atman"'s obviously past his prime, and can only go downhill from here on out.

Anybody else starting to consider other primitives, for 2009?

I'm going to watch closely for the next reincarnation of TiT aka InexpensiveWino. It'll happen.

Wiley50 still shows promise from time to time as does ShadowKnows and The StraightStory.

So far, I haven't seen many of the newer ones make much of an effort.  A large number of them who were looking good during the primaries stopped posting.

proud2Blib always has the potential to lead the pack.

subwaycat is just one missed dr. appt away from winning it all.

and lets not forget IndianaGreen.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the re-emergence of a DUmmie that hasn't posted in awhile too.

primitive ColbertWatcher is one that could shine in 2009.  This fool views himself as being in the uber intelligent class of the primitives, the one who notices events and nuiances that others don't.  When you read his posts, he's as shallow as they get, but he has a way of wording his lack of understanding in a way that excites the other primities into believing he's onto something.  Because of that, he draws out comments from the other primitives they might not normally think to utter.  So ColbertWatcher isn't as much the show as is the comments his silliness draws out from the others.

Otherwise, it appears as though primitives like mari666, leftofthedial, frenchiecat, TahitiNut, and a few of the standard bearers who have been there for a while might a least start out strong in 2009.
