A couple comments from some folks living there.
There are 20 plows in Seattle, which uses no salt and has run out of sand at least once. Streets all over the city are closed because of ice on the roads. Most businesses have been closed 4 of the last 5 business days We have close to 10 inches of snow, with more on the way, in a city that has no means to deal with it, other than to pack it down and pray people don't crash. Driving on some raods is like driving along railroad tracks with the same type of bone-shaking bumping from the ice.
There has been no trash pickup, kids have missed 3 days of school, and the Greyhound buses stopped running, leaving people stranded for 4 days-living in homeless shelters. Then there's all the work missed all over the place. The city buses are running at less than 50% capacity, only stopping on flat roads or major transit centers.

Normal life has pretty much ground to a stop. Did you see that Seattle has special snowplows with a "softer" blade that doesn't harm the roads as much -- but also doesn't scrape down to the pavement, leaving a slick of ice on every plowed street. Insane. At least they are willing to salt the freeways.

Of course using a minuscule amount of "connect the dots" logic is beyond the intellectual horsepower of the clueless libtards so they will never "get it"!
