And you're right, this issue is absolutely nothing.  This story or non-story made about a column inch worth of news in my paper this morning.  WAY back near the back of the paper.

I'm kind of surprised that they haven't started some petition protesting the fact that "evil Neocon ChimpyMcBushHitler-crony" Chief Justice Roberts will swear the Big Zero in.
