eyesroll (1000+ posts) Fri Dec-12-08 10:52 PMOriginal message Ever burn or cut yourself but don't remember doing it? I've got a painful blister on my finger---it's clearly a burn, a fresh one at that.I baked some cookies tonight (yep, it's exam time) but I don't remember actually hitting the oven rack or the ridge of the pan...I've ended up with nicks and cuts like this, too--a nick the exact shape of the end of the vegetable peeler on my left thumb, for instance. It's *weird*. Do I just end up getting some sort of cooking adrenalin that keeps me from noticing these things?

Lugnut (1000+ posts) Sun Dec-14-08 01:51 AMResponse to Original message 3. I do that a lot but.... I have incomplete spinal cord injury and lack protective sensation in my extremities. I keep the Bandaid people solvent.
