NEWARK, Del. - December 15, 2008 (WPVI) -- New Castle County Police have arrested a Hockessin, Delaware man for allegedly paying a man to assault his ex-son in law.Wilbur Eichman, a resident of the 100 block of Clover Drive in Hockessin, has been charged with one count of criminal solicitation.Police say after the assault, Wilbur offered the assailant more money if he would shoot the victim with a high powered rifle and said he would get an added bonus for cutting off the ex-son in law's genitals.On Thursday, December 11 around 11:00 a.m. County Police were called to the Bluffs Apartments in Newark for the report of an attempted robbery.
