Stupendous Saturday

I'm at the real estate office.  I brought my accounting crapola to study later. 

Tonight is the usual gathering of friends.  We're drawing for Secret Santa tonight. 

I hope everyone else is having a more exciting day than me.

We are house cleaning today, I am allowing my hubby to sleep in a bit before I blow the airhorn to get busy. Feeling poopy and not sleeping well but hopefully this will change soon. I miss my sleep.

Woke up to bright shiny day this morning! All the snow missed us here in south-central PA. Me and my son are gonna' see that new remake flick "The Day the Earth Stood Still" even though it has been panned by almost everyone.
The local Carmike Cinemas just lowered their ticket prices by two bucks! Woohoo!

Lug-nut.....it looks beautiful!!!! We didn't get any of it.....went all around us. :(

Think I'm working around the house today, since my plans for it yesterday fell through.

Going to see my friends' niece ice skate The Nutcracker Suite tonight, then about 12 of us are going out for dinner.  :yawn:  The other half is thrilled.... :lmao:

I finished my chapter 1 accounting homework.  I'm planning on working on the second chapter homework tomorrow.

My Christmas is officially ovah!

No more baking, present shopping, present wrapping, dinners, whatever.

Just got back from my parents house. Had a lovely afternoon with the boys, watching them open their gifts and playing. Mom had maybe one glass too many of the wine but it was fun to watch her a bit schnockered.  :evillaugh:

The last two Saturdays have really been great and a great reminder of how blessed I am to have family so close.

Good times, good times...

No, I didn't. I had a coupon for this free snowman cookie/candy jar (I'm a Gold Crown Member, and they send this stuff in the mail).  That's what I'm giving Brenda for Christmas, she collects snowman stuff.  It was free, since I spent more than $40.  And they gave me $5 off for spending over $25.  LOL

And OMG the traffic was sooo bad.  Arbrook was backed up from the light at Matlock to that light where the UA theater used to be.  Thankfully I came a different way and I went out a different way, took me a little out of the way to get home, but I didn't have to sit in that freaking mall/Arlington Highlands traffic.
