No electricity here since sometime last night and everything is covered with snow,then an inch of ice and more snow.
No guess as to when the power will be back on,thinking here Sunday or Monday.
I have my generator running outside to power the wood furnace blower and a lead cord into the cellar to run the water circulator for heat.

Another lead cord from there to here so I have computer and a light on.

I am drinking btw.

I am better off then a lot,100-200,000 without power in the Albany and north area.
There wasn`t any other lights on coming up the road when I came home earlier except maybe candles.
It is 20 out now and supposed to be close to single digits by morning so no idea what other folks are doing,kerosene heaters or maybe if they have a conventional wood stove.

If they have an oil furnace they need electricity to circulate the water too.
