Just what the hell does a "deputy governor" do, anyway? Oh, wait!  :thatsright:  He's the guy who actually interfaces with the bribers and graft merchants!

The gov gets to do all his "interfacing" on his phone!

I tried to find out if Kelley Quinn is any relation to the Lt. Governor, Pat Quinn, but nothing so far. :(

Well, darn, I have no idea why candidate #4 would want to resign, much less what a deputy governor does but grease graft. Illinois is going to run out of corrupt Democrats. Alan Keyes.  :cheersmate:

I didn't even know there was such an office called "Deputy Governor" in Illinois.

Huh...  since one of the "Candidates" was pointed out to be one of the 3 Deputy Governers, I think this kinda narrows down which one.

And it appears after reading a piece from the WSJ this morning that (Senaate Candidate 4) named in the wiretap recordings is the Deputy Gov. himself.
