I have one that likes anything that makes noise....empty wrapper from ink cartridge, those plastic size lables off of clothes, etc....she will pull them out of the waste basket in the bathroom or my office.

They will find a blue tailed skink on the porch and have a great time with it...they don't kill them and get quite indignant when we find the skink and get rid of it....

They all like the milk caps. And none are very interested in purchased cat toys.

Pizza toys.

That's what we call them anyway. The little three or four legged plastic things that hold up the pizza box top.

My big guy, who I lost to cancer in April, so loved those things I buried him with one.

My two cats are indoors only.  There are way too many dogs in the neighborhood to let them out.

We live by a busy road.  One cat wants to go outside all of the time.  However his head is smaller than his neck and he can't keep a collar on.  He is such a sweetie that I am afraid someone would catnap him.  The other one wouldn't go outside if the house was burning.  She loses her mind if she even goes on the porch.

My oldest cat Gabby used to play with tampax when she was a younger cat and would go into the bathroom and steal them out of the box.  I would find them under the dressers and furniture when I would clean.  What was really embarrassing was once when we had some friends over for dinner and here she comes, batting a tampax around the house.

Now she likes those meshy bath poofs and will carry them around in her mouth and bring them to us and let us know that she has made a special delivery.  It gets a little annoying when she does that at 3:00 am.

My brother's cat, when I lived with him & his wife, loved my makeup brushes.  She was so sweet, leaving them all around the house and on the stairs for me when I got home, or waking me up in the middle of the night in case I needed some blush.  LOL

My 2 cats have very different personalities.  One is an attack cat...even when I tease her when the dumbest thing, she gets very aggressive, and "kills" it....she'd bite a finger off if I even try to tease her with my own hands....and she's tried. (my calico)
The other is a very shy sweet cat...a total momma's girl..she never wants to play, only cuddle...If I try to wiggle something in front of her, she'll look, but then gets bored and leaves.  (my tuxedo)

That's funny, my tuxedo is the sweetest thing.  She will play and bat stuff around but she is not at all aggressive.  She loves to be held and will snuggle on my shoulder.  Her mom, who is a brown and grey tabby can be very affectionate but it is totally on her terms.  She can be really nasty at times.

I always thought the tuxedo was the sweetest because she was bottle fed for a few days, and in the family since birth.   The tabby mom was born to a feral cat.

I bottle fed my calico when I got her as she was only 4 weeks old....way too young...but she was cutie.  They say if the litter is separated too early the kittens/or puppies do not learn what is tolerated and what is not...as their litter mates will fight back if they step out of line.
But when they do not spend this time with their litter mates, their boundaries become obsurred.  Even though I tried to train her as a kitten to not bite, not scratch, nothing ever worked.  I had to declaw her as my arms were a mess from her scratching.  She is 15 now.

On the other hand, my tuxedo, I got her when she was about 3 months old....I do not know her history as she was a rescue cat from Petsmart...but she still has all her claws as she has never once tried to claw me or bite me...and she is now 5 years old and as sweet as ever.

Monty play bites sometimes, but it's not a hard bite.  I've had that booger since the day he was born.  I also trim their claws, so they're not sharp, though neither one scratches.  I just can tell when it's time to trim them up when one of them is kneading on me and it's prickly.

She was sitting on the vanity as I was getting ready this morning.  Apparently, she did not like me putting on my makeup and wanted me to pet her, she freaking bit me!  It was lightly and she just grabbed the shirt, but she's seriously about when it's time for petting.
