At least Mary Martin was hot in the day.  Seeing a hot chick portraying a guy was as close to conflicted as I ever got.  Then I just said -- "not to worry, she is a she and is just cute with tight tights."

The riveting story of Harvey Milk, the gay Freak in (guess where?) San Francisco city hall.
----------------> Box Office Poison. Probably made with such a low budget, it will break even. Once again, socialist Sean Penn picks a loser and further trashes a career who's only highlight was breaking up with Madonna.

Sean could have done better for himself by learning Spanish and working in the lucrative Venezuela film industry. He missed out by not cashing in on his buddy relationship with Hugo.
