It's a gif someone had made from the Yule Log fire that used to be shown on Christmas morning. I keep it around for this time of year.

It's been hot and humid here all day at about 78 degrees - I had to turn the A/C on.

We have a cold front coming through later today and we are supposed to have a high of 53 tomorrow.  That's my kind of weather.

It's warmed up here so much that we opened the porch door to let the girls out to play on the porch. Soon as M opened the door....they were all right there, happily meowing and  headed out.

It's never a good sign when it warms up this much this fast this time of year.....we have had some horrendous thunder storms and wind come through when it does this..... :o

Actually every house I've lived in before had a fireplace, except this one.
