Help keep America beautiful...deface a liberal.

The Democrat and Republican parties are simply the left and right wings of the same bird of prey.

The road to freedom is paved with dead liberals.

I have been considering this stuff actually.

I shifted over from sugar to splenda packets about 4 years ago. And I NEVER remember to take the water soluble stuff that sits out on the counter crying from lonliness.

Be nice to get the fiber without having to think about it.

Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Not the rain on your parade, but Splenda can be harmful. Why not try a natural low calorie sweetener like Stevia ??

I use a ton of Splenda, being an absolute coffee addict. I got some of the new Splenda with fibre.  Each packet has 1 gram of soluble fibre and 1 gram of dietary fibre.

I can report that it dissolves completely and has no additional taste.

A couple of grams of fibre is good for you (in my case, about 16 grams a day, just from the Splenda)

So, if you're a Splenda user, give this stuff a try.

Splenda is harmful for you.

Splenda is not natural; it is a chlorinated artificial sweetener. There have been no long-term human studies on the safety of Splenda; however, issues have been raised about Splenda in a new study from Duke University.

According to the study, Splenda “suppresses beneficial bacteria and directly affects the expression of the transporter P-gp and cytochrome P-450 isozymes that are known to interfere with the bioavailability of drugs and nutrients. Furthermore, these effects occur at Splenda doses that contain sucralose levels that are approved by the FDA for use in the food supply.”

Stevia with Luo Han has fiber and is got benificial bacteria for the body. Also Stevia Plus.Thor and I use Stevia with Luo Han.

How depressing it must be for one to approach the end of their life with the realization they never truly lived.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.
