It's a pretty  sad statement to make when our congressmen perform worse on that test than the average citizen.

It just said "elected office".  It could be city, county, state, or federal.  The study made a disclaimer in there.

Missed the econ questions. I thought it was decreasing taxes and decreasing spending; I also screwed up the FDR question re: the Supreme Court.
