You've heard of getting back in the saddle again. One wounded marine has done that quite literally. His name is Lance Cpl. Justin Rokohl. The 21 year old Orange Grove, Texas resident was injured June 20th of this year in an IED explosion in southern Afghanistan.Justin suffered massive wounds to his lower body, eventually loosing both legs, the right below the knee, the left above the kneeAt a nighttime arena where cowboys practice roping, laugh freely and even pray. There's one cowboy who stands out."Very proud of him," said Justin's sister Robbye Rokohl. "We all are."His father, John Rokohl said there was a time when they didn't know if Justin would live, walk again, ride again or rope again. He's doing all of the above. For Justin Rokohl it's been about recovery, then independence."I knew I would be able to do it," said Justin. "They told me I wouldn't be able to ride until after a year. I did it in a little over a month. Just to spite em I guess. I don't know."June 20, 2008, Justin almost died in the IED attack. The explosion killed a Navy Corpsman and injured two others who were all riding in the Humvee he was in.When they hit the IED, Justin was blown 90 feet in the air.
