I am one of those insane individuals who get up with the birds the day after Thanksgiving to hit the great sales. This year there are a lot of stores selling laptops for only $299. Wanted to give you the heads up in case you have children reaching that age where they need one for homework purposes:

This is going to be busy weekend as a good amount of retailers are
having "Pre-Black Friday Sales." We have listed all major sales this

Friday Sale (

Both advertisements feature $299 laptops. We have compared both

similar HDD, DVD Burner, Operating System and Connectivity Ports.
Walmart's Compaq is better by a slim margin, but you might have a
better chance getting the eMachine from Best Buy. Both, however, are
good buys!

two separate sales, so remember that these are the Kmart Thanksgiving
