Where have the Northern Hemisphere Tropical Cyclones gone the last 2 years?

The Northern Hemisphere tropical cyclone activity has been less active overall, especially in the Pacific, like last year. 2007 was one of the least active since 1983 and 1977, which were inactive. Global Warming has nothing to do with tropical cyclone activities.

related to "global warming" only in that active sun makes us warmer and quiet one doesn't.
