it isn't illegal to publish your conjecture.   nothing is legally binding until the states certify their results, and that is days or weeks off.

I wonder too....will late night comedians be able to poke fun at The One if he's elected? There isn't really going to be any Republicans to poke fun at... it'll probably just be dumb jokes about the weather on Leno and Letterman.

landrieu's lead has jumped to 40,000 votes.  franken and coleman are neck and neck.
