There are MANY very good black candidates that I would enjoy considering. Alan Keyes, JC Watts,& Michael Steele just to name a few. I agree with Mr Brown. It seems all too convenient that Obama changes his beliefs just to suit the local crowd. The fact is that he is endorsed by organizations that oppose the entire core belief system of the United States. I'm not doing very well, financially. but why should it fall on the Government to provide for my family and I ?? There are many things that appeal to me that Obama says, but I don't feel I can trust him. His voting record from his days in the Illinois State Senate is enough to ring a bell of caution. Not only is Obama pro-murder, but he is also anti-gun. His record shows this. He is tied to some of the most radical people in this country, too. Then, we can address his "qualifications". His campaign questions Sarah Palin's qualifications as a VICE President and Obama's qualifications can't even parallel HERS!!! Then, we read of his ties to ACORN, which is now under investigation by the FBI for voter fraud. Of COURSE, Obama will diminish those ties, too. Furthermore, if one were to look into his ties with Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac, they will find some significant campaign contributions from them. One's that our alternative doesn't enjoy. There are far too many controversial issues that plague Obama. NO, Obama's race doesn't bother me at all. What DOES bother me are his ethics, trustworthiness, and overall character.
