All the polls are BS. This race is a toss up.

Of course they are - the question is how many sheep are going to fall for it ?

We should know within the next 48-72 hours, if there is any bump.
I love a good nail-biter, don't you?

Both I and my husband thought McCain did great until the elite media Fox Insiders set us straight. I tend to rely on his judgment as that of an "average" American more than my own. I know I'm a political junkie and a partisan hack...I've had the luxury of sitting down at my computer everyday to "talk shop" as long as the kids were homeschooled, the house was relatively clean, and dinner was on time. He hasn't been able to be as informed as me just because he's had to work for a living. I had to get up when Luntz came on. When he first asked how many supported Obama and NOT ONE raised their hand and then a short time later he asked how many had CHANGED FOR Obama and only about 4 raised their hand and then declaired "Obama won" that was my limit.

I admit it, I'm a one issue voter for the first time in my life. If my oldest was still in the Coast Guard I'd be a 2 issure voter (Coast Guard and Marine). It's irrational and it goes against everything I believe...I think those who think healthcare, global warming, etc. are the defining issue of our times (and thus are unable to see the forest for the trees) and will only vote according to the (leftist) candidate who supports their view are idiots. Yet, here I am voting ONLY for the best commander in chief. I wish I could be more rational but now I'm just scared. Why the hell is it that all the conservative pundits (or supposed conservative) do is bash McCain and praise Obama.

I'm hoping that the annointed one gets overconfident. I couldn't stand those smug looks of his while McCain was talking.

If Drudge was a representation of the American people, we'd be looking at a landslide for McCain.  Drudge might be a good representation of sensible Americans, but unfortunately there are a few people who don't fit that description.

If I said it once, I said it 100 times -- there is no way a man named Barrack Hussein Obama will be voted in as president.   Not while my parents' generation still draws breath.   Sorry, it just isn't happening.

I can honestly say I will be shocked if he wins.    Incredibly concerned and scared for our national security -- but shocked more than anything else.

Ah, but see--that's why the annoited one will allow no public mention of his name lest his DU minions have you shipped off to the camps.

I don't normally listen to Michael Savage, but I caught part of his show yesterday.  He suggested that we should call Obama "BHO" or "BO", just like the lib favorites who went by abbreviations.  The Dems would then be furious if we used the "H", because it's just a reminder of his middle name, which of course is racist.  Then we could just call him "BO". :evillaugh:

Yeah but ya got a LOT of stupid people that unfortunately, CAN vote in this country (why can't there be an IQ test upon registration to determine if ya've got at least two brain cells to rub together?), which means they're gonna look at Obitchboy, and say "you mean I get free stuff!?" or "He's black, like me... he's got my vote!" or "There's nothing wrong with Communism, mark me down for OBAMA!"

Believe me, voters were smarter years ago. I'm sure during the days of WWII, there wouldn't be a second thought for saying "NO" to a President Yamamoto or whatever.

Didn't Yamamoto go to school in the U.S.?  Or am I thinking of a different admiral?

By the way, didn't catch the debates. Is there a site where they have vids up?

I know where you were heading.  I just finished a pretty good book on WWII and apparently a couple of the big name admirals for the Japanese went to American universities and were critical of the Japanese government's decision to attack us.  That book was on my mind when you mentioned Yamamoto.

Nah. The antichrist wouldn't need to bring a teleprompter to a rodeo. Also, the antichrist would be producing quite a few miracles to deceive the world. So far, Obama has produced precisely bupkis. However, I can see the confusion here. His supporters/followers/worshippers, and especially the media, are giving us a small taste of what it would be like when the antichrist does come.

Well as a voter who was first against McCain (when he won the primary) then for him, especially after he picked Palin, then against him after he voted for the Bailout...
in the end...
I will
vote
for
McCain.

I like him tonight.  I liked what he said about the spending freeze and about being pro-life and suggesting adoption. In addition, tonight brought out the fool in Obama even more.  So for this voter, he earned it tonight.

Signed,
the Flipflopper... :shucks:

Do me a favor then....................hide, don't listen to the news. Don't read the news. Don't visit blogs or anything political until November 5th
