Man, I cannot believe that.

That is utterly distressing.

Living in a glass Nebraska, of course I can't cast stones, but there's something wrong with Oklahoma.

Damn.

Nobody can possibly be happy about this score.

That was one of the best games I've watched in a long time.

The Mizzou-Ok State game was good.  Ok State has a team.

Florida tried to give it away at the beginning of the second half, but then decided to start playing ball again.  If they played like that in every game, there's no one who could touch them, they are so loaded with talent.

I was there.  Not on the inside, though.  Stranger day.  Remind me to tell you about the jet (BIG jet - DC10 size) that buzzed the Cotton Bowl right after the game began.

Some things we learned from this game are that: A) Colt McCoy cannot have even a hand placed upon him at anytime. B) That if you can't convert on 3rd down, throw a flag. C) Chop-blocking middle linebackers is a-okay if you wear burnt orange.

D) If you come within 1 foot of an OU punter then you'll be flagged 15 yards for roughing the kicker.

He got flagged for RUNNING into the punter, which he did. A 5-yard penalty on 4th and 4.

But, I think the best game planning Texas did all week was to intentionally chop-block Reynolds, whom they knew had 2 ACL replacement surgeries in the previous season. It was a brilliant move by Mack to go into this game with the mindset to injure an OU player on an illegal play and end his career. I just hope that pesky "Golden Rule" thing doesn't come back to haunt him.
