I think every Acorn registration should be tossed out, barring that, every duplicate should be tossed at the very least.

Haven't read the opinion, but not unless the Fed Circuit Court booted it back to them.  The US Supreme Court is the next higher appeal level.

I wont go that far, but I do believe that every single ACORN registration must be hand verified, all names and SSNs listed to be placed in a common national database to insure that the same names don't appear over and over - If they do, then its RICO time.

More likely the SCOTUS.  This is a federal election and hence won't stop at the state Supreme Court.

California: 700,000
Colorado: 300,000
Florida: 500,000
Indiana: 700,000
Nevada: 300,000
New Mexico: 100,000
North Carolina: 600,000
Ohio: 700,000
Pennsylvania: 500,000
Virginia: 300,000
