I'm curious why, when 93 Democrats voted against it, the media is blaming the Republicans for its defeat.

It violates the MSM number one rule, ALWAYS BLAME REPUBLICANS.....and blame them loudly and often. 

I like Rush's viewpoint.  If there had been a republican to blame there would be numerous investigations and several special investigators on the job.  This is 95% owned by the democrats.
