State Officials Threaten Libel Charges Against Obama Critics

St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce and St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch are threatening to bring libel charges against those who speak out falsely against Barack Obama.

KMOV aired a story last night, that stated that St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch and St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, both Obama supporters, are threatening to bring criminal libel charges against anyone who levels what turns out to be false criticisms of their chosen candidate for President.

Bit difficult to believe these two morons are really attorneys (but then it IS St. Louis, one of our major Democrat preserves).  Prosecution for libel requires the injured party to institute the complaint, and does not encompass just any local dipshit official with no legal standing in the outcome to start it on his or her own.  Actually prosecuting it would also necessitate the injured party appearing and testifying, which is probably the last thing the Obamessiah has in his day planner. 

BTW, these two are a city attorney and a county attorney, not State officials.

"Saul Alinsky...communist propagandist who tried to subvert America's electoral system

"Bill Ayers...communist terrorist who tried to subvert America's elected policies

"What do they have in common?

"Barack Obama.

"Think it is just a loose connection? Don't.

This is just a small part in a larger trend by "Teh Wun".  Between this, the WGN radio threats, the campaign threatening television stations who air particular ads, etc., etc., does anyone REALLY think Obama is about change, or just another sleazoid trying to hide his past just long enough for 50 million dipshits to pull the lever next to his name?

Ain't gonna happen, Obama would have to come in and testify at a county misdemeanor trespass case in person and subject to cross-examination, I really can't imagine he'd be on board for that.

The Barack Obama Truth Squad is an initiative based on pure unadulterated Marxism, a Marxism where the end justifies the means. Through the Marxist dialectic, Marxists are taught to lie and to accuse their detractors of lying.

Let it be remembered that on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, Barack Hussein Obama became the only truth. 

Check out the words of St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch (here), who says …”whether it is directly attributed to the campaign or to one of the soft money operations, if they’re not going to tell the truth, someone should step in and say `That’s not the truth, this is the truth’.”

Strangely enough News 4 did not include Gov. Matt Blunt’s charge that Obama’s campaign was making an “abusive use of Missouri law enforcement” in their televised coverage of the Barack Obama Truth Squad.
