4. Its good to acknowledge the damage the DLC has done...
"With this bill," Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers said, "the American financial system takes a major step forward toward the 21st Century -- one that will benefit American consumers, business and the national economy." Opponents said it would have the opposite effect, creating behemoths that will raise fees, violate customers' privacy by sharing and selling their personal data, and put the stability of the financial system at risk.

I wonder who the opponents were back then?

Is the Little Goons' irrational sudden hatred of BJ Clinton causing them to destroy their own memes?  Is it so necessary to get back at Clinton for utterring a few not-hateful words about John McCain that the Little Goons will destroy themselves by admitting the current problems in the financial sector is the fault of liberal democrats?  Do the Little Goons realize Obama Hussein is a radical liberal democrat who cannot possibly be elected now?

i liked the first post in the thread that said, "quit that.. that doesnt help anybody now."

oh really?? we can make sure NONE of you get back into power again so we can get this problem fixed!

the problem is, both sides have added to the problem .. this didnt start with Clinton; its been going on since Social Security came into being. when all our safety nets went up - thats when it started.

anybody that is against the bailout is FOR a full blown recession or mild depression. i hate that we have to have the bailout, but if we dont, we dont even have any idea how bad this could be.
